Sedley,DNA & the National White Police Association

This is Judge Sedley, he is not an elected official or an elected politician, he is appointed by the Crown another unelected institution to make pronouncements on the Law as enacted by Parliament. He is not entitled to change the Law by advocating that it is acceptable that we all submit our DNA to the State. That changes the whole basis of English Law that we are innocent until proved guilty.

Under his proposals we all automatically become suspects, and therefore guilty until proved innocent by DNA testing.

The poltoons at the BBC invited Jarrett from the National Black Police Association to give his comments, (surely this is a racist organisation, do we see any representatives from the White Police Association) his arguement was that as the black population are over represented in the DNA register it is only 'fair' that we should be on the register.

Nobody from Liberty was invited, nobody violently opposed to this measure was invited to comment.

This is Government by the back door, what else do you expect from an unelected PM.
Do we hear a squeak from the useless opposition leaders, do we Hell.
File under Early morning fury

Shami Chakrabarti, director of human rights organisation Liberty, said a database for every man, woman and child in the country was "a chilling proposal, ripe for indignity, error and abuse".

And scrap chakrabarti as well, she approves of the dna database for various criminals, its only a short walk to oppressive sedley from there. What these people dont see if that this system needs to be changed, a fe murderers rapists or whatever as small poitatoes compared with the evil that sedley represents, i think it would take a thousandyears for all the criminals in the UK if freed to do as much human damage as the british army illigitimatly serves out every month
